AMMAN, November 8, 2024 (WAFA) – Dozens of Jordanians Friday took to the streets in Amman in solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples following the ongoing Israeli genocidal aggressions on Gaza and Lebanon.
Participants in the rally that started at Al Husseini Mosque in Amman raised banners calling for effective Arab and international intervention to stop the crimes perpetrated by Israel against Palestinians, and denounced international silence and policy of double standards.
They condemned the Israeli occupation's actions, including the blockade of northern Gaza, the obstruction of medical and food aid, and the targeting of shelters, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure, which aim to achieve forced displacement.
They highlighted what they described as Jordan’s unwavering commitment to the Palestinian question and the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people.
