SALFIT, July 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday blocked several unpaved roads and an internal street in the village of Marda, north of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit, according to local sources.

They said that an Israeli military bulldozer sealed off secondary roads near the village and the neighboring town of Jamma'in with earth mounds and rocks.

They added that the heavy machinery also sealed off an internal road in the village with large stones.

Marda has been subjected to repeated raids and ongoing assaults by the occupation forces, coinciding with continued land leveling in the surrounding area to expand the adjacent colonial road.
