GAZA, October 24, 2024 (WAFA) – Several civilians were killed and others injured this afternoon following an Israeli airstrike which targeted a facility housing displaced people in the al-Maghazi refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that at least four people lost their lives and numerous others were injured in the attack, which targeted the Al-Maghazi Services Club, a facility housing displaced families.
In a separate incident at the Zayed intersection in northern Gaza, one civilian was killed and others sustained injuries as a result of Israeli shelling.
Additionally, residential buildings in the city of Rafah, located in southern Gaza, were demolished by Israeli occupation forces.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in 42,847 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 100,544 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
