RAMALLAH, October 24, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces have detained at least 18 Palestinians from the West Bank since yesterday evening until Thursday morning, including a journalist and former detainees.
The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner's Society said that the arrests were took place in Al-Fawar camp in Hebron, where nine people were detained after a large-scale raid that included field investigations, destruction and vandalism of citizens' homes, and the use of detainees as human shields.
It is noteworthy that the number of detentions since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination and comprehensive aggression against Palestinian people has risen to more than 11,400 people from the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
