SALFIT, October 21, 2024 (WAFA) - A group of Israeli colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, stormed the town of Kifl Hares, located northwest of Salfit in the West Bank.
Local sources reported that dozens of colonists broke into the town of Kifl Haris to perform Talmudic rituals at Islamic holy sites. Israeli forces intensified their military presence in the area to secure the colonists during their incursion.
Violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinians and their property has sharply escalated since the start of Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023. This indiscriminate violence against Palestinian civilians has drawn widespread international condemnation.
In response, several countries have imposed sanctions on Israeli colonists accused of committing violent acts in the West Bank.
