SALFIT, October 21, 2024 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Az-Zawiya west of Salfit on Monday evening, amid the firing of live ammunition and sound grenades, according to local sources.
During the incursion, several Palestinian children and young men were briefly detained and assaulted by Israeli soldiers before being released. Among them, one child and a youth were detained and taken into custody.
This incident highlights a growing pattern of escalating tensions in the occupied West Bank, marked by increasingly aggressive Israeli military actions.
