RAMALLAH, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (WAFA) – A Palestinian citizen was Wednesday evening was injured by Israeli occupation forces bullets in the town of Beit Rima, northwest of Ramallah.

The Israeli occupation forces have continued to storm the town since last night.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that the occupation forces shot a citizen with live bullets in the foot during their ongoing raid on the town of Beit Rima.

WAFA correspondent said that the occupation forces seized the house of local resident Hamada Odeh Al-Barghouthi and turned it into a field investigation center and a military barracks.

He pointed out that the occupation detained a number of young men from the town and neighboring towns and villages, and subjected them to field investigation in the seized house.

The occupation soldiers also raided several houses in the town, including the houses of former detainees Obada Ashraf Al-Rimawi and Firas Muhammad Al-Rimawi, the houses of detainees Mazen Radwan Al-Rimawi, and Abdul Karim Samih Al-Rimawi, respectively.

He pointed out that the occupation set up several military checkpoints inside the town and at its exits.
