RAMALLAH, Wednesday, July 18, 2024 (WAFA) – Palestine continues be affected by a hot heatwave today, thus the weather will be very hot in most areas with another rise in temperature, becoming higher than its annual average by about 4-5 degrees Celsius.

On Thursday, the country continues to be affected by the heatwave. Weather will be very hot in most areas, but no change is expected in temperature.

Temperature is expected to drop, while remaining 4 degrees Celsius above the annual average as the weather continues to be very hot.

Hot to very hot conditions are expected on Saturday with a rise in temperature, becoming 5 degrees Celsius.

PMD warned citizens of the danger of exposure to direct sunlight for a long period, especially during peak hours, and the danger of setting fires to areas where grasses and dry trees abound.
