RAMALLAH, Monday, May 13, 2024 (WAFA) – Today's weather will be partially cloudy and relatively cold during the day, especially in the mountainous areas. as temperature is expected to significantly drop to become lower than the general average by about five degrees Celsius, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD). 

Scattered rain showers are expected on in the morning hours.

Wind is westerly to northwesterly, active with strong gusts at times. Sea waves are high.

Tuesday's weather will be partly cloudy to clear, with a rise in temperatures, while remaining below the general average by about three degrees Celsius. A slight chance of scattered light rain is expected in some areas.

On Wednesday, weather is expected to be partially cloudy to moderately clear in most areas, with another rise in temperatures to become around their overall annual average.

Thursday's weather is generally clear and moderate in most areas, with no significant change in temperatures to remain around their overall annual averagez

PMD warned citizens during Monday and Tuesday of low horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog and clouds touching the surface of the earth during the night and early morning hours, and of the danger of slipping on the roads in areas where rain falls.
