RAMALLAH, Tuesday, May 7, 2024 (WAFA) – Weather today is expected to be partially cloudy to clear. Temperature is expected to rise while remaining below the general average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.

A slight chance of scattered light rain in some areas is expected.

Wind is westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate. Sea waves are meduim.

On Wednesday, the weather will be partially cloudy to clear, moderate, with a relatively cold day in the evening and night hours, especially over the mountainous areas. Another rise in temperatures is expected to become around their general average.

Thursday's weather will be partly cloudy to clear, hot and dry. Temperature is expected to significantly rise to become higher than the general average by about five degrees Celsius. Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly active, with strong gusts at times. Sea will be high.

Partly cloudy to clear, hot and dry conditions are expected to prevail on Friday.  Temperature is expected to significantly rise again to become higher than the general average by about six degrees Celsius. 

PMD warned citizens of slippery roads in areas, low horizontal visibility, formation of fog and low clouds.
