RAMALLAH, Friday, April 19, 2024 (WAFA) – The weather today is partly cloudy and mild in the mountains and relatively warm to warm in the Jordan Valley in the daytime with a slight drop in temperature, which remains slightly unseasonably high, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather tonight is partly cloudy to clear and relatively cold in the mountains and mild in other areas. Light to moderate westerly to northwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.

The temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 12°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 22°C and a low of 11°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 18°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s temperature is set to rise slightly and approach 2 to 3°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and mild conditions in the daytime and relatively cold conditions in the nighttime, particularly in the mountains.

Sunday’s temperature is set to drop, paving the way to mainly clear and fair conditions in the daytime and relatively cold conditions in the nighttime, particularly in the mountains.

A significant temperature rise is expected on Monday, reaching 3°C above the seasonal average and paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and relatively hot conditions in the daytime and fair in the night and early morning hours.
