RAMALLAH, Thursday, February 15, 2024 (WAFA) - Weather today in Palestine is forecasted to be unstable, partially to mostly cloudy and cold as the country continues to be under the influence of a low-pressure front, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Consequently, a noticeable drop in temperatures is expected. Scattered rainfall is expected in most regions, potentially heavy and accompanied by occasional thunderstorms.

Wind is southwesterly to westerly, moderate to active, with strong gusts at times. Sea waves are medium.

Weather on Friday is expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy and very cold as the low-pressure front is expected to continue to affect the country. 

The low-pressure front is set to continue on Saturday, thus cold, rainy weather is expected.

The PMD warned citizens against flood formation in low areas and valleys, slippery roads, low horizontal visibility and strong winds.
