RAMALLAH, Saturday, December 9, 2023 (WAFA) - Partially cloudy to cloudy skies are expected today in Palestine with a significant drop in temperature and a chance of scattered rain, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are southerly to westerly, light to moderate, active at times, and sea waves are medium.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 10°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 14°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 15°C, and a high of 20°C and a low of 14°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Partially cloudy to cloudy skies are expected tomorrow, Sunday, with a slight rise in temperature.
Another slight rise in temperature is expected on Monday with a chance of rain at night.
However, the country is expected to be affected by a low-pressure cold front on Tuesday, causing a significant drop in the temperature and bringing rain and thunderstorms on most areas of the country, said the PMD.
