RAMALLAH, Thursday, October 26, 2023 (WAFA) – Partly cloudy to clear skies are expected today in Palestine, hot, dry, and dusty with a rise in temperature to become 6°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, and sea waver are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 20°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 30°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 41°C and a low of 26°C, and a high of 34°C and a low of 24°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A drop in temperature is expected tomorrow, Friday, but remains 4°C above the seasonal average, and again on Saturday but remains 3°C above the seasonal average.

However, the temperature rises again on Sunday to become 4°C above the seasonal average, said the PMD.
