RAMALLAH, Wednesday, September 27, 2023 (WAFA) - The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine increased in August by 1.95% compared to July, today said the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS).
PPI increased for locally consumed products by 2.04% and for locally exported products by 1.07% in August compared to July.
The changes in PPI for August were traced back to changes in prices of the following major activities compared to the previous month:
