RAMALLAH, Monday, February 20, 2023 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is clear and warm in daytime with a further rise in temperature, and very cold conditions are expected at nighttime especially in mountainous areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are easterly to northeasterly, and sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 7°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 17°C and a low of 6°C are expected. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Mostly clear conditions are expected on Monday with a further rise in temperature.

However on Tuesday, temperature is expected to significantly drop, paving the way to cold conditions in most areas especially in mountains.

Temperature rises again on Wednesday, with sunny skies and war conditions prevailing throughout the day.

A drop in temperature is expected on Thursday with partially cloudy skies.
