RAMALLAH, Friday, February 17, 2023 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy to clear and cold in daytime and mostly clear and very cold in nighttime with a rise in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Light to moderate, easterly to northeasterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 12°C and a low of 6°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 11°C and a low of 5°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 11°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 10°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s temperature is set to further rise, paving the way to clear to partly cloudy and cold conditions in daytime and very cold conditions in the night, particularly in the mountains.

An additional rise in temperature is set on Sunday, with mostly clear conditions in daytime and cold to very cold conditions in the early morning and night hours.

Mostly clear conditions are expected on Monday with a further rise in temperature.
