RAMALLAH, Friday, May 28, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today is mostly clear and relatively hot in most districts and hot in the Jordan Valley in daytime with a slight drop in temperature, which approaches 3°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Weather tonight is moderate in most districts and relatively cold in the mountains. Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 27°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Saturday’s temperature is set to further drop and approach 2°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to mostly clear and relatively hot conditions in most districts and hot conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime. Moderate to slightly cold conditions are expected in nighttime.
Sunday’s temperature is set to remain steady with relatively hot conditions in most districts and hot conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime. Moderate to slightly cold conditions are expected in the early morning and night hours, particularly in mountains.
A significant rise is expected in temperature, which approaches 10°C on Monday, paving the way to extremely hot conditions in daytime and mild conditions in nighttime.
