RAMALLAH, Friday, March 26, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold to cold with a drop in temperature, which remains unseasonably low, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Scattered light rainfall is expected on most districts. Strong northwesterly to southwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are medium to high.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 12°C and a low of 6°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 11°C and a low of 5°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 16°C and a low of 10°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Saturday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partly cloudy and relatively cold to cold conditions. Chance remains for sporadic light rainfall on some districts.
Sunday’s temperature is set to rise, yet remains unseasonably low. Partly cloudy and relatively cold conditions prevail.
A further rise is expected in temperature on Monday, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and relatively warm conditions in daytime. Relatively cold conditions are expected in nighttime.
PMD warns people against strong wind, slippery roads and low horizontal visibility on Friday.
