RAMALLAH, Monday, March 08, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy to clear and relatively cold in the mountainous areas with no change in weather conditions, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are northwesterly, light to moderate, and sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and in Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 16°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 14°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
A rise in temperature is expected, tomorrow, Tuesday, and on Wednesday to become 10°C above the annual average.
However, temperature drops significantly on Thursday as a cold front hits the country with rain and possibly thunderstorms expected in some areas starting at night, said the PMD.
