RAMALLAH, Tuesday, February 23, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy to cloudy, dusty and cold in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime with a slight drop in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Sporadic torrential rain showers with thunderstorms and occasional hail are expected on the southern and eastern districts. Strong northeasterly to southeasterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.
Wednesday’s temperature is set to remain steady and unseasonably low, with partly cloudy to clear and cold conditions in mountains and relatively cold conditions in other districts. The chance remains for sporadic rain showers on some districts.
No significant change is expected in temperature on Thursday, with partly cloudy and cold conditions in mountains, particularly in the morning, and relatively cold conditions in other districts. Chance remains for light rain in the north.
The same weather conditions are expected for Friday.
PMD warns people against the formation of floods in flood-prone areas in the southern and eastern districts.
