RAMALLAH, Sunday, February 07, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy and moderate to warm during the day, with a rise in temperature, and cold at night, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are northwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 17°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature rises further on Monday and Tuesday as the weather becomes warm in mountainous districts and hot in the others, approaching 6-7°C above the seasonal average.
A slight drop in temperature is expected on Wednesday.
People are warned against low horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog and low-lying clouds on Sunday.
