RAMALLAH, August 2, 2012 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas Thursday received Archbishop Antonio Franco, Holy land Apostolic Nuncio in Israel and Apostolic Delegate to Jerusalem, in Ramallah; a farewell visit as he finished his mission in the Palestinian Territory and is leaving the Holy Land.
Abbas commended the Archbishop’s major role in developing the friendship ties between the Palestinian people and the Vatican.
