NABLUS, August 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists carried out terrorist attacks against Palestinian residents and their property south of Nablus on Monday night, setting fire to agricultural land in the town of Beita and attacking Palestinian vehicles with stones near the village of Burin.

Local sources said that several colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, attacked the town of Beita and set fire to Palestinian-owned agricultural land, burning several trees.

In a separate attack, colonists hurled stones at Palestinian vehicles on the bypass road near the village of Burin, south of Nablus, endangering the lives of Palestinian residents. No injuries were reported.

The towns and villages of Nablus governorate have witnessed a significant escalation in colonist attacks, including the burning of agricultural land, assaults on residents, stone-throwing at vehicles, and the destruction of property. The attacks are carried out under the protection of Israeli occupation forces as part of a systematic policy aimed at intimidating Palestinians, restricting their movement and livelihoods, and seizing further Palestinian land.
