RAMALLAH, January 31, 2011 (WAFA) – The Israeli army arrested 22 Palestinians in raids on various areas in the West Bank early Monday, according to security sources.

They told WAFA that five of the arrested were from Zaboba, a village west of Jenin. They did not say where the rest came from.

The Palestinian Authority regularly complains that army raids in the West Bank and arrest of Palestinians undermine its plans to bring security and stability to the Palestinian Territory and harm its credibility with the Palestinian people and world in general.
