HEBRON, January 29, 2011 (WAFA) – The Israeli army Saturday attacked the funeral procession of Yousif Fakhri Ikhlil, 15, in Beit Ummar town north of Hebron.

Ikhlil died of a gunshot wound in the head in Khirbat Safa on Friday when more than 100 Israeli settlers entered Khirbat Safa, west of Beit Ummar, and opened fire at farmers in the area.

The Israeli army attacked the mourners during Ikhlil's funeral using live bullets, tear gas and stun grenades. Over 40 casualties were reported.
