RAMALLAH, January 22, 2010 (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas starts next Monday a European tour  that will lead him to Russia, United Kingdom and Germany.

Presidency spokesperson told WAFA that President Abbas will meet his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev, U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown and German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discus with them the stalled  Middle East peace process due to the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu precondition that avert the resumption of negotiations.
