BETHLEHEM, April 1, 2004 (WAFA) - Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) besieg early Thursday a psychological hospital in the West Bank City of Bethlehem and arrested 13 citizens , witnesses and WAFA said.... Witnesses reported that many Israeli tanks and armoured personnel carriers backed by helicopters, swept into the area and besieged the hospital under heavy machine gunfire.in all directions, causing a state of panic and fear among the patients.... WAFA correspondent said that Israeli soldiers broke into the hospital and arrested thirteen civilians and lead them blind-folded....
