JERUSALEM, March 31, 2004, (WAFA)- Armed Israeli colonizers occupied thirteen Palestinian-owned apartments in the occupied Jerusalem early on Wednesday, witnesses said.... Witnesses told WAFA that Israeli armed colonizers, supported by soldiers, stormed two buildings, host thirteen families, in the neighbourhood of Silwan, south of the Haram Shareef, and forced the Palestinian owners to leave, while the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) imposed a tightened siege on the area.... "In the early morning several armed colonizers stormed two buildings, owned by al-Rajabi and Mragha families. They banished the owners at gunpoint and assaulted women and children," eyewitness told WAFA.... The owners refused to leave their houses but the colonizers assaulted them and threat to be shot.... "The colonizers brought furniture and put it in the two buildings. The soldiers were protecting them while the (Palestinian) children and women were crying," eyewitness added.... Israeli soldiers fired rubber-coated metal bullets, gas-tears canisters, and stunning bombs.... Three citizens, Monzer al-Rajabi, Younis Shihada and Kayed al-Rajabi, were wounded by Israeli soldiers while several other were arrested....
