TULKAREM, March 29, 2004 (WAFA) – Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Monday two civilians in the Refugee Camp of Tulkarem and Bethlehem, security sources and witnesses said.... IOF tanks rolled into the western part of the camp, amid heavy gunfire, arrested lo'ai Nassar 21, and led him to an undisclosed location.... Meanwhile, IOF troops took over a 4-storey building owned by Ahmed Abu Qaren, east of Tulkarem, turned it into a controlling post and started random shooting at civilians’ houses, witnesses said.... Moreover, Israeli soldiers installed a military checkpoint at al-Jarosha main road, north of Tulkarem, and hindered the movement of civilians, security sources confirmed.... In Bethlehem Israeli soldiers arrested Ibrahim ‘Abiat, and lead him to an unknown place, Security sources said....
