RAMALLAH, Friday, October 18, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy and mild in daytime and relatively mild to slightly cold in nighttime with a drop in temperature which becomes seasonal, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly and light to moderate with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 24°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 21°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partly cloudy and mild conditions in daytime and slightly cold conditions in nighttime.

PMD expects Sunday’s weather to be partially cloudy and mild in daytime and slightly cold conditions in nighttime with a further drop in temperature which becomes slightly below the seasonal average. There is a chance of sporadic light rain, especially in the north.

Monday’s temperature is expected to drop and approach 2°C below the seasonal average with partly cloudy and mild conditions in daytime and slightly cold conditions in nighttime.

A slight chance of isolated sporadic light rains and thunderstorms is expected on some districts, particularly the northern.
