RAMALLAH, August 20, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Monday, even of Al-Adha holiday, is partially cloudy to clear with a rise in temperature to become a bit higher than the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 21°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 28°C and a low of 20°C. In Jericho and the Dead Sea, temperature is set to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 27°C, while in the Jordan Valley, a high of 38°C and a low of 25°C are expected. A high of 30°C and a low of 26°C are expected in Gaza and the coastal areas.
No change in weather conditions is expected for Tuesday, the first day of the four-day Al-Adha holiday, but a slight drop in temperature is expected for Wednesday and a slight rise on Thursday, said the PMD.
