RAMALLAH, September 19, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli colonists attacked the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, on Saturday and attempted to set a Palestinian home on fire.

Mahmoud Barakat, an activist from the village, told WAFA that dozens of colonists attacked the outskirts of the village and pelted a home with stones. They also set fire to the balcony of a home belonging to a resident from the Samreen family, but residents managed to contain and extinguish the fire.

Barakat affirmed that the colonists raided the village from several directions in an attempt to distract residents.
