RAMALLAH, Monday, July 01, 2019 (WAFA) – Pleasant conditions are expected today in daytime,  particularly in the early morning and night hours, and slightly warm conditions around midday with a slight rise of temperature which slightly above its seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly to southwesterly, light to moderate with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 28°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 24°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Tuesday’s temperature is set to slightly drop and approach the seasonal average with seasonably relatively warm conditions in mountainous districts and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime. Mild conditions are expected in nighttime.

PMD expects Wednesday and Thursday’s temperature to remain steady with seasonably fair conditions in daytime, particularly in mountainous districts, and relatively cold conditions in the evening and night hours.
