RAMALLAH, Friday, June 28, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and pleasant in mountainous districts and relatively hot conditions in other districts in daytime, with a significant drop of temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A relief is expected in the heat stress in the evening and nighttime with the possibility of drizzle falling in late night and early morning hours. Wind is northwesterly to southwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 27°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 24°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partially cloudy to clear and seasonably pleasant conditions in mountainous districts and relatively hot conditions in other districts in daytime. Mild conditions are expected in nighttime.

Sunday’s temperature is set to rise, paving the way to partially cloudy and pleasant conditions in early morning hours and relatively hot conditions in daytime. A relief is expected in the heat stress in the evening and nighttime.

PMD expects Monday’s temperature to slightly rise and approach 3°C above the seasonal average with seasonably warm conditions in daytime and mild conditions in the early morning, evening and night hours.
