RAMALLAH, Thursday, January 24, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is partially cloudy to clear and mild in daytime and cold in nighttime with a significant rise in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is southeasterly, light to moderate, active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah, a high of 16°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 10°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 9°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

PMD predicts Friday‘s weather to be partially cloudy to clear and mild in daytime and cold in nighttime, especially in mountainous districts. Temperature is expected to drop while remaining higher than annual average.

Saturday’s temperature is set to significantly rise with mainly clear and mild conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime.

Sunday’s temperature is set to significantly drop, yet remains a bit higher than annual average. Partially cloudy to clear and mild conditions are expected for daytime and cold conditions for nighttime, especially in mountainous districts.
