Beit Hanoun/Gaza, September 18, 2018 (WAFA) – At least four Palestinians Tuesday were shot and injured by Israeli forces’ live fire as the latter attacked a peaceful rally near Beit Hanoun (Erez) border crossing with the besieged Gaza Strip, said sources.
Four Palestinians were admitted into the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, with live-bullet wounds after forces attacked the rally that was launched under the slogan: “Protecting the Rights of the Refugees” in protest of the US administration’s decisions to cut off financial aid to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
The four were shot in the foot area and their medical conditions were described as moderate.
This came hours after two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike east of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip.
