HEBRON, September 17, 2018 (WAFA) – The Israeli military authorities have announced a masterplan for the expansion of an illegal settlement to the south of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, that would lead to the expropriation of 260,000 square meters of Palestinian land in the town of Dahriyeh, the Land Research Center said on Monday.

It said the settlements subcommittee in the so-called  Civil Administration, an arm of the Israeli military government in charge of the occupied West Bank, announced the plan that would change the classification of the land in question from agricultural into urban in order to justify expanding the settlement.

It said the plan will see the construction of around 150 housing units in addition to roads and open areas.
