JORDAN VALLEY, September 17, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Monday stormed the village of Bardala, in the northern Jordan Valley, under the pretext of searching for "unauthorized" water holes, according to the village‘s council member Dirar Sawafta.
He told WAFA Israeli forces stormed the area and closed a number of water holes that they claimed were "illegal."
In the last few years, Israel has intensified its war on water in the agricultural areas of the Jordan Valley and has destroyed water pipelines almost daily.
