RAMALLAH, September 16, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Sunday continued, for the fifth consecutive day, to block the northern entrance of Azzoun town, said the town mayor, Wajdi Salim.
He said that Israeli soldiers are preventing Palestinians from entering or leaving the town.
Local activist, Hassan Shbeita said this closure is forcing Palestinian residents to take alternate, longer unpaved roads when trying to enter or leave the village, which he stressed are frequently closed by the soldiers.
