RAMALLAH, September 15, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Saturday is partly cloudy to clear, pleasant in mountainous areas and relatively warm in the rest of Palestine with temperature remaining below the annual mean, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather in nighttime becomes partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold in the mountainous areas and pleasant in other areas. Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 26°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 25°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

PMD expects temperature to slightly rise and approach the seasonal average on Sunday with mainly sunny and pleasant conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in other districts.

Monday and Tuesday’s temperature is expected to slightly rise to become higher than the annual mean.
