Israeli forces injure journalist in Kafr Qaddoum

QALQILIA, September 14, 2018 (WAFA) – A journalist was injured by a rubber-coated steel round and several protesters suffocated from teargas on Friday when Israeli forces cracked down on the weekly protest against Israeli settlements in the village of Kafr Qaddoum in the occupied West Bank.

Morad Shtewi, coordinator of the popular resistance in the village, told WAFA that Israeli soldiers fired rubber-coated rounds at the protesters to disperse them, injuring press photographer Nedal Shtayeh in the chest and causing many suffocation cases from gas inhalation.
