RAMALLAH, September 5, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is sunny, warm in mountainous districts and very warm in the Jordan Valley with a drop in temperature, which approaches 3°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Partially cloudy to clear and pleasant conditions are expected for mountainous districts and warm conditions for the Jordan Valley in nighttime. Wind is northwesterly to westerly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is set to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 30°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 26°C,while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 24°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s weather is mostly sunny and pleasant in mountainous districts and relatively warm in other districts with a drop in temperature to reach the seasonal average.

PMD expects Friday’s temperature to drop and become slightly less than the seasonal average with partially cloudy and mild conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in other districts. Sporadic light showers are expected to fall, especially on northern districts.

Saturday’s weather is partially cloudy and mild in mountainous districts and relatively warm in other districts.
