RAMALLAH, August 30, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is partially cloudy to clear with a slight drop in temperature while remaining a bit higher than annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho and the Dead Sea, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 26°C, while in the Jordan Valley a high 37°C and a low of 24°C. Temperature is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 25°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

PMD also expected weather on Friday to remain partially cloudy to clear. Temperature is expected to rise, approaching two degrees Celsius above the annual average.

Saturday’s weather is relatively hot. Temperature is expected to rise to become four degrees Celsius above the annual average.

Hot to very hot weather is expected for Sunday. Temperature is expected to rise to become five degrees Celsius above the annual average.
