RAMALLAH, August 29, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is partially cloudy to clear with a rise in temperature to become two degrees Celsius higher than the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 21°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho and the Dead Sea, temperature is expected to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 26°C, while in the Jordan Valley a high 38°C and a low of 25°C. Temperature is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 25°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
PMD also expected weather on Thursday and Friday to remain partially cloudy to clear. Temperature is expected to drop while remaining a bit higher than annual average on Thursday, while it’s expected to rise, approaching two degrees Celsius above the annual average on Friday.
Saturday’s weather is relatively hot. Temperature is expected to rise to become four degrees Celsius above the annual average.
