RAMALLAH, August 28, 2018 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas is scheduled to receive in Ramallah on Wednesday at the presidential headquarters the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bakir Izetbegovic.

The Bosnian leader is going to start his program in the early afternoon hours with laying of wreath on late President Yasser Arafat‘s mausoleum before being received by President Abbas in official ceremony.

Palestine ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Rizk Namoura, told WAFA that the two leaders are going to meet for lunch and then hold a joint press conference.

He said the visit, the second for Izetbegovic in 18 months, is part of efforts to strengthen bilateral relations. He said the two countries are going to sign seven agreements that would boost their relations.
