RAMALLAH, August 27, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Monday is partially cloudy to clear and pleasant in mountainous districts and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley without a noticeable change in temperatures which remain a bit lower than the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Partially cloudy and pleasant conditions are expected for midnight. Wind is westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah a high of 26°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 26°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 25°C in Gaza.

PMD also predicts weather on Tuesday to remain partially cloudy to clear and pleasant in mountainous districts and relatively warm to warm in the Jordan Valley with a rise in temperatures which approach the seasonal average.

Partially cloudy skies are expected in the morning hours on Wednesday, giving way to sunny, clear and relatively warm conditions in mountainous districts and very warm conditions in the Jordan Valley. Temperatures are set to further rise and approach 2°C above the average.

Partially cloudy to clear and pleasant conditions are expected to continue on Thursday in mountainous districts and relatively warm to warm conditions in the Jordan Valley, but temperatures are expected to drop while remaining a bit higher than seasonal average.
