RAMALLAH, August 25, 2018 (WAFA) – Partially cloudy to clear skies are expected to prevail on Saturday with a drop in temperature, which remains slightly above the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho and the Dead Sea, temperature is expected to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 26°C. In the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 26°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Another drop in temperature is expected for Sunday and Monday with partially cloudy skies. Temperature is expected to drop to below average on these days but rises again on Tuesday to around average, said the PMD.
