JENIN, August 6, 2018 (WAFA) – Clashes erupted on Monday between Israeli forces and Palestinian residents in the town of Ya’bad to the West of the northern West Bank district of Jenin, said local sources.
Sources told WAFA Israeli forces stormed the town in a provocative manner, spurring clashes with the town’s residents. Forces used rubber-coated steel bullets, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades against the residents, however, no injuries were reported.
Forces further conducted a wide-scale search campaign throughout the town. A minor was reportedly detained and subjected to field interrogations before he was released.
