RAMALLAH, August 3, 2018 (WAFA) – Friday’s weather is pleasant and partially cloudy in mountainous districts and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley with a rise in temperatures which remain slightly below the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

There is a slight chance of scattered light showers, especially on the northern districts. Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperatures in Jerusalem are expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah a high of 26°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 27°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 25°C in Gaza.

Partially cloudy to clear and pleasant conditions are expected for Saturday in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley with a further rise in temperatures to approach slightly above the seasonal average.

Sunday’s temperatures are set to further rise and approach 2°C above the seasonal average with mainly sunny, clear and relatively warm conditions in mountainous districts and very warm conditions in the Jordan Valley.
